Do you teach mixed ability or mixed level classes? If you teach in a situation where classes are very large, or where there is "rolling enrolment" with some learners coming into the class mid way through a course, the answer is almost definitely yes. In this case, you'll constantly face the problem that any single sequence of activities is inappropriate for one or more sections of the class. How do you cope with this?
